3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on qualified leads delivered according to your specified criteria. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

• Provide accurate and complete contact information
• Have not opted out of marketing communications

5. Client Responsibilities

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used in our services remain the exclusive property of PhotonStitch.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
